Instytut Anglistyki uczestniczy w programie ERASMUS+ oraz w innych programach wymiany międzynarodowej (np. ERASMUS MUNDUS) zarządzanych przez Biuro Współpracy z Zagranicą UW.

👩🎓 Who can apply for Erasmus+ mobility?
You can apply if you are:
• a 2nd-year Bachelor’s student (full-time or part-time),
• a 1st-year Master’s student
• a student with a minimum GPA of 3.49,
• a student who has no more than one conditional pass (warunek) at the time of submitting the application.
💡 Please note:
Meeting all the above requirements does not guarantee receiving an Erasmus+ grant.
Final decisions are made by the selection committee, based on a ranking list.
⚠️ Who cannot apply in this round?
Students in the 1st and 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies are not eligible to apply in this qualification round.
➡️ If you are a 1st- or 3rd-year Bachelor’s student, you may apply in the additional university-wide recruitment round (the so-called general UW round). 📢 This round will be announced by the BWZ at the end of August 2026 and will apply only to mobilities in the summer semester of 2026/27.
⚠️ Important:
Students who are selected in the first round (organised by the Institute of English Studies) cannot take part in the second round.
🌍 Students with non-EU / non-EEA citizenship
If you hold citizenship outside the EU/EEA, please check the entry and visa regulations of the country you are applying to go to. ➡️ You are personally responsible for arranging all visa and residence formalities.
📄 Before going on Erasmus+ mobility
Before your Erasmus+ mobility begins:
• you must be fully cleared for the previous academic year,
• at the time of signing the grant agreement at BWZ, you may have no more than one conditional pass
