Submitting new courses
The deadline for the Didactic Council and the Institute Council to give opinions on new courses is no later than the end of April for courses offered the following academic year, regardless of the semester they will be run in.
Steps:
- discussing the idea for a new course with the Head of the department
- providing a description of the course in both languages on the templates available below
- approval of the course descriptions by the Head of the department who emails them to the Head of the Didactic Council
- approval of the course syllabus by the Didactic Council and the Institute Council
- uploading the course syllabus to USOSweb by the ECTS Coordinator/USOS Plenipotentiary
