Information to be published on the website must:

  • Be in two languages: Polish and English
  • Include a headline and description
  • Information on the date the information is to be visible.
  • Category (research/library/conferences/workshops/trainings/open lectures/recruitment/multimedia/events/organizational matters/employee internships/registration/exams/students/scholarships)
  • In addition, events must include the date, start and end time, and location.

Important tips:

  • The website operates in two languages ​​simultaneously: a properly functioning news system requires that events, news, and announcements be written in Polish and English.
  • The website is also adapted to the needs of visually impaired users: these users use built-in browser readers that primarily support text-based information. Information provided only in the form of graphics, posters, or PDF files does not allow them to access information on the website.
  • If you wish to have information to be included both as an event as well as news item please specify this clearly and include the appropriate information
  • Do not submit a poster as a graphic illustrating the event: large graphic elements and small fonts make the content difficult to read – posters, due to their size, often require magnification on a smartphone.

Messages that deviate from the above guidelines may not be published by the website editors.
