Photocopying examination materials
The staff of the Faculty of Modern Languages, in order to photocopy examination materials for students, may use the photocopier located in the Library of the Faculty of Modern Languages – room 0.150, during the opening hours i.e. Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 6.00 p.m. An access card to the photocopier will be provided every time by a Reading Room staff member.
Reporting technical issues
In view of the need to improve the information flow about technical issues at the Dobra 55 building, we would like to inform you that you may report technical issues to the building dispatcher by phone: 22 55 26 028 or via email: dyspozytorDobra55@adm.uw.edu.pl.
In emergency situations you may contact the dispatcher in room 0.223 (the ground floor of the newer part of the building; the corridor from the side of Wiślana Street). The dispatcher is obliged to enter the issue in the register and take further action depending on the character of the issue. The register is intended to improve the information flow and to ensure control over fixing issues by the maintenance team or the warrantor (in the newer part of the building). The above does not apply to AV and network issues, which should be reported as indicated below:
Audio-video support
1. Basic help in the operation of the audio-video equipment in the teaching rooms: Bogdan Mróz and Dariusz Karpisz, room 00.083, phone number: 22 55 26 026; email: technicydobra55@adm.uw.edu.pl
2. The audio-video infrastructure is supervised by the IT specialists: Robert Jurkowski, phone number: 22 55 26 092, email: robert.jurkowski@wn.uw.edu.pl and Jarosław Kubak, phone number: 22 55 26 087, email: jaroslaw.kubak@wn.uw.edu.pl; room 00.085.
Their main task is to supervise:
- the audio-video infrastructure of the teaching rooms
- the audio-video infrastructure of the multimedia halls
- the content management system of the building
- the monitoring system of the audio-video infrastructure
- the teleconference systems
They also provide service during pre-arranged events in the teaching and meeting rooms on the basis of the rental agreement.

The main responsibility of the network administrators of the Dobra 55 building is to guarantee uninterrupted availability of telephone and network services for all the UW units located in the building.
