We warmly invite you to the next meeting of Bookin’ It, our Institute’s student club devoted to American literature. On October 21 at 6:30 PM in the Strefa Współpracy, we will host Bookin’ It with Kaja Gucio, one of Poland’s leading literary translators and the translator of Percival Everett’s James into Polish. Gucio has translated a wide range of acclaimed books, and in this event, she will talk about translation, literature, and the creative process behind bringing Everett’s novel to Polish readers. This is a unique opportunity to meet Kaja Gucio and discuss her work.
