International Conference for Young Scholars BEYOND LANGUAGE 2026- Institute of English Studies

Join the conference for an extraordinary event that this year will span 12 cities (Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław, Berlin, Lublin, Lviv, Rome, Bucharest, Sosnowiec, Kraków, Łódź, Vienna) across 5 countries — one idea, multiple perspectives, and an experience that goes beyond the boundaries of maps and imagination.

This year’s Conference develops the mission of previous editions, offering a vibrant space to share insights, spark discussions, and explore the research and documentation of linguistic minorities, endangered and disappearing languages, and their rich literatures, cultures, pidgins, and creoles.

REGISTRATION: Speakers are kindly requested to submit a short abstract (100–150 words) including 5 keywords of their talk (approximately 10 minutes) in English by April 25th 2026 to: monika.piechota[at]uwr.edu.pl
